Public opinion say: don't trust brend new company. Why? Because they might be scammers. I personaly allways give them a try. But I always make sure first time what payment methods they use. These methods have to allow you to make charge back.

Reputation. They have only been offering hosting for a few months. There is no telling what they will be like in a year or two. If you are looking for a short term host, I guess they'd be ok, long term, find a real company that has been around longer. They don't have a toll-free number either, which most "real" web hosts have. Make it easy on yourself and find a better company. I use Surpass Hosting, they're good for me.

They started their business a few months ago, they don't have a track record. Find another company to host with, or stay with your other one.
