    <description> &lt;p&gt;first of all the question is: which database you are using.&lt;br /&gt;
and you should try to contact the that vendor.&lt;br /&gt;
if not possible then try to contact microsoft and check there website for the phone numbers&lt;br /&gt;
and you can also contact mysql or someother free database sources.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;The only people that would hold that kind of data would be telcomms companies and directory enquiries type services and they&#039;ll likely charge you for the data. You might be able to scape some online directories using a scripting language but that&#039;s probably against the sites T&amp;amp;C&#039;s&lt;/p&gt;
