I personally wouldn't recommend you to host a website with a host offering services for free, there are multiple problems that come along. Lack of support, lack of control are few of the most commonly experienced issues. Moreover few hosts wouldn't even allow you to move your website away from them if at all you plan to switch hosts. So beware, it is always better to go for someone that offers you services at a cheap price, you'd atleast be rest assured at the end of the day.

There are several free web hosting providers; obviously you won't be getting the premium features and also need to deal with a few of their nagging banners, which cannot be removed.
