The problem here is that you have used Microsoft Publisher. That is a big no-no and it's the reason why you have so many code errors and support for just one browser.

Work on cleaning up the problems first. What happens when people using Firefox, Opera, Netscape, Safari, Konqueror etc try to use this site?

You then need to look at the site's structure and design. It's very busy and cluttered which is confusing for the end user.

People are going to be more likely to click through when they don't have issues using a site.

Clearing up the 737 markup errors reported by the W3C validator would be a good start:
