&lt;p&gt;$referers = array(&#039;www.example.com&#039;, &#039;example.org&#039;); &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;$emails = array(&quot;test@example.com&quot;,&quot;test2@example.com&quot;); &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and modify them so they match your site(s) and email(s). I assumed you were using a script from form phpformmail.&lt;/p&gt;
