CSS is Cascading Stylesheets. It is a way of describing how things appear on a web page, while HTML provides the structure. HTML will say what something is (a paragraph, a list, a division etc.), CSS will tell what it looks like (what font, what colour, how big, etc.)

You can learn CSS at HTML Dog or W3 Schools.

The bottom three paragraphs are indented using the

tag. Look for the indent button in Front Page and use that to get the top paragraph to line up with the others. Alternately, go into the code and move the thre

tags under that paragraph up above the tag.

I don't use FrontPage so I can't give you more specific instructions.

By the way,

is really meant to mark-up quotations, not to indent paragraphs. You should use CSS here to give the paragraphs or the containing block a left margin. Lots to learn
