    <description> &lt;p&gt;It&#039;s hard to just quick fix this because of all the nested elements, I manage to salvage how it could look the same as you wanted, but I made several changes on the html and css... &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It would require more time to polish this up, most of the problems are on the wrappers, the nested elements affect each other, the only problem you see in IE will be increasing if you continue to use the same nested elements, when you decrease the width of the site in IE it will push the containers for your content area below the navigation, but in FF it doesn&#039;t... The Only solution I have is to transfer the wrapping elements, and recode the css to match...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I recoded it, but its hard to instruct since I changed so many elements to make it work...&lt;/p&gt;
