I think that price is not main thing in dedicated servers. The most impotrtant thing is managment.
Valuhost.com has good customer service. And this fact distinguishs favoribly them from others.

No it is quite difficult to find dedi (good one) on that price. Valuhost.com not doing cheap solutions. They doing very nice customer service.
