That would give you old outdated code anyway.

Try the Mozilla Suite, it has 'Composer' which is basically the same thing but at least this will output better code than the old Netscape 4X would.

It lets me download the setup file, but after it has been installed, I click on the icon for Netscape and it does nothing...
