Only problem with that is they expect you to be running the latest SVN version. You could see if you can recreate the problem locally with the latest version, if you can't it means the problem is with FFMPEG. There may be others but am not sure what they are, you should also check that Mencoder does what you want and that it isn't based on ffmpeg anyway.</p> <p>I checked and you're using the latest version of ffmpeg, you might want to try grabbing a copy of the <a href="http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/download.html" class="bb-url">code from SVN</a>. If you have a Redhat system at the office/home--with a package manager (yum isn't it?)--you'll be able to resolve those dependencies relatively easily, <a href="http://docs.fedoraproject.org/drafts/rpm-guide-en/ch-creating-rpms.html" class="bb-url">create an RPM</a> yourself, then install it on your server.
