    <description> &lt;p&gt;I think you have two way:&lt;br /&gt;
One is use the api provided by the mobile company,of course you must pay it before.&lt;br /&gt;
Or you can find some website will provide such webservices.&lt;br /&gt;
Even it&#039;s a little more expensive than mobile company,but it easy to get.&lt;br /&gt;
If you just need send a little sms,you had better to use the website.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They do have a template for website integration etc. I suggest you experiment with this service. It&#039;s easily usable and you can pay with paypal which I like.&lt;/p&gt;
