I do not dorsee any problem with using domain name aboutmrsite.com
The word "about" makes it totally different from mrsite. You will however check with them about the content of your site. There may be copyright violation.

I can't really answer as I don't know what your country has in the way of registers for things like trade marks, here in NZ we have a govt. site that they can be searched on.

The trademark would be the name, which would be the logo as it is the name ...

The mrsite site has the TM symbol so it would pay to check if the name is actually trade marked (a lot just use the TM to scare off potential copy cats).
