    <description> &lt;p&gt;I agree with Jesse here.  I wouldn&#039;t attempt to host video with a Web Hosting Provider for the same reason.  In addition to that if you host with Google they are working on methods for SEO with Video.  Be careful in choosing as I have heard many horror stories of problematic hosting companies.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I&#039;d just use free video hosting like youtube or google videos and take the load off your server.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You might get some extra traffic too if you use a watermark of your url in the video.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It also helps to title the video with good keywords etc...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyways thats what I would do I worked with video for a long time sort of a hassle putting it on my domains.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can also try fileburst.com for extra video hosting.&lt;/p&gt;

Usually, hosts that provide impossible amounts of space are very unreliable and will shut you down as soon as you start using too much of their resources.
