    <description> &lt;p&gt;Active users you mean? It depends on the nature of the community and the standards you set up for it. If you want it to be clean and &quot;nice&quot; then you might have a lot of work in keeping out the spam and profanity and porn and all that. If you don&#039;t care then you might be able to spend less time. Even so, there will always be people with tech support problems and that sort of thing. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&#039;d guess maybe 1 hour/1000 users, possibly more. Depends on how the community is set up.&lt;/p&gt;
