    <description> &lt;p&gt;it would depend on whether he was working full or part time and how good a developer he was. Also depends on how good the specification is. If you gave him every feature he needed to do in detail it would be a lot easier as he&#039;s doing less planning  and more programming.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It also depends on how good and how dedicated he was - I know developers that could do it in weeks if they were fired up about the project.&lt;/p&gt;
