    <description> &lt;p&gt;I work for a hosting provider - we had our terms and conditions drawn up by our legal team, then double checked by staff, checked again by the legal team, checked again by senior staff then finalised by the legal team. Generic terms and conditions will probably leave you with loop holes - you need something specific to your service.&lt;/p&gt;
