We're hosted with names.co.uk not sure what their reseller packages are like, but the dedicated server service is impeccable. We've got good uptimes (was approx 7-8 months until a few days ago).

As far as I know, everything is hosted at either Redbus or Telehouse data centres in London.

Unitedhosting.co.uk has a tremendous following on WHT. Definitely something to consider if you're looking for UK based.
