&lt;p&gt;It looks more geared towards keeping records than decision making, it doesn&#039;t look like you can just download their stuff either (I have a suspicion that installation will be non-trivial anyway).     <description> &lt;p&gt;I doubt there&#039;s much open source software for that kind of stuff... you would probably need to have something proprietary written.&lt;/p&gt;
