In all honesty, this would be a massive job and not something we could really talk you through on a forum like this. You would need to write a script to check the script referrer to prevent unwanted sites linking to your content. You would also need to find a way to check the user is logged in before serving the file to them. Obviously, if you know how the IPB cookie is formatted you could theoretically just check for that...
