Update: I'm running the stand-alone version I linked in my second post now. It seems to be working fine. I had read some things about it possibly not behaving exactly the same as IE 6 would, but I haven't noticed any problems yet.

Microsoft says to run it through PC virtualization, which they have provided a package for:

http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2006/11/30/ie6-and-ie7-running-on-a-single-machine.aspx

Should I do that instead??

Quick answer:

Get it here - http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit/standalone (it's the last one on that list, ie6eolas_nt.zip)

I did find a few things about possible problems with running it in stand-alone mode, but I guess it's better than nothing. Stupid Microsoft
