    <description> &lt;p&gt;I think he meant outsourcing for etechsupport, I don&#039;t see what&#039;s bad about that, I know a lot of India-based companies specialized in support who speak good  English and are relatively cheap. Then, outsourcing is a good thing in case of reseller plans, by this I mean using your upstream provider&#039;s support services.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Or do you mean outsourcing support? It can be annoying when support (particularly phone support) is outsourced to a company whose employees English is difficult to understand. Business is difficult enough without having a language barrier to deal with too!&lt;/p&gt;
