&lt;p&gt; You could do this, but I doubt it&#039;s recommended: like running PHP on Windows.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Basically if someone wants Ruby on Rails they should get Linux hosting. It was built to run on that platform, and there may well be issues with running it on Windows.&lt;/p&gt;
