I too agree with it. There's nothing in the world that could be available for FREE (except mother's love).
So..the color schemes are good. What the site requires is more content and a logo at the top. Can i have a good references for logo software?
I feel that the blue color surrounding the images could be avoided. Please do guide me if i'm wrong.

Both sites are too bland for my liking. My first impression was one of confusion - why would you want to pull together "free" sites into one place like this? What's in it for you?
My next thought was that it is obviously just a ploy to capture email addresses - because there is so little thought or imagination that has gone into the site - it looks like it has been put together in a rush. Having read some other comments since I looked at it - I think maybe there is a reason it looks like that.
It needs to be enhanced visually. For something like this to work, it needs a more professional feel.
Just something to think about - if something is free, it has no value.

I found that the layout of your new site is much nicer and easier to follow than your old one. Everything is very straight forward. There is no wasted space or free fall areas like you have near the bottom of your first site. I like the colours of the first site better. I think if you used your colour scheme with your new site it would brighten it up a little. If you are interested in any logos or banners you can private message me.

Compaired to the design of your old site, your new design is an improvement but personaly i think its a little bit simple...The title of the page is really plain i mean your logo is just text Online Downloads.. maybe make a logo or something there.. i also found a javascript error on all the pages on your site...i would move the google ads box to the center of the table that it is located in like the navigation links above it...as for the content of your site ... maybe add more... all it is is links to clickbank downloads ... remember content is king ...
