    <description> &lt;p&gt;work on the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;a) optimized image files - the choice of file formats along with the number of colors used in the final image is of paramount importance&lt;br /&gt;
b) optimized page code - too much clutter like remarks, spaces, and inline styles tend to increase page load times.&lt;br /&gt;
c) external style sheets - reduce load times&lt;br /&gt;
d) table-less design - though open to debate, its believed that divs are rendered faster than tables&lt;br /&gt;
e) quality web hosting&lt;/p&gt;
