&lt;p&gt;I&#039;ve pretty much decided to go either with one of those.  Haven&#039;t decided if I want the red in there or not though.  Having a glow or not will be decided after I decide if I have the red or not in there.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;i say the same as megan said.... strip off the picture from the first banner or atleast change it with the neww one in which this person is directly looking into the cammare... actually this stye is also good but then the adjust ment is not good.... also for add on u can add a glow around the picture that enhance the beauty and embeds the picture properly into the bckground...&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I like the colours on the first one but the photo isn&#039;t very good. He&#039;s looking off and up from the graphic instead of looking at the camera, and the colours need adjusting. I like the way the tagline stands out there but the main text sort of blends in comparison. Maybe a brighter yellow would work (although I also like the gradient on the second example).&lt;/p&gt;
