I would try Wordpress.com hosted. They are growing like crazy now. With any hosted solution you are bit limited in what you can do. I tried out wordpress hosted and I think you could only choose from pre-made templates (you couldn't design your own). Otherwise, I liked what I saw of wordpress hosted - it's almost the same as what you get if you install it on your own server.

i am consitantly having issues with blogspot, not crazy about it. Try drupal blogs.

Thanks Megan, My requirements and limitations are:

1) I can't manage scripts and coding but can do small tweaking.
2) I do not have my own server so want a free hosting service.

But I am not sure whether blogspot is a good idea for long term. I have also started a thread "Is Blogspot good for serious and long term blogging?"

Do you want it hosted or do you want to install it on your own server? I'm guessing that you want it hosted. I've used Wordpress both hosted and installed and I think it's pretty good. The installed version does lack some key features from the installed version.
