    <description> &lt;p&gt;Make sure you&#039;ve backed up your sites, then go to the hoster you&#039;ve chosen and register for an account, then you&#039;ll have to change nameservers in your domain account, delete the nameservers of the previous host and put the new ones. As for nthe content, if your sites aren&#039;t too big, you can upload the content from your computer, if the content is considerable, then ask your new host to do it for youy by contacting your previous host.&lt;/p&gt;
