    <description> &lt;p&gt;Whoever he is, he probably doesn&#039;t have that many clients or he&#039;s vastly overselling the service (offering his users more capacity than he actually has). Naturally, overselling is a bad practice but many companies do it to keep up with the bigger companies.&lt;/p&gt;
