    <description> &lt;p&gt;They need to make sure that the A record is there (in the DNS zone file) for www if its not then it simply will not work.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Yeah I have spoke to the host and they say that there has been a change to the nameservers so i had to wait for it to update.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Funnily I hadnt made any changes... Oh well, yet another awesome host!  I dont think there is such a thing as &#039;a good cheap host&#039;&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;That would be a problem with the webserver configuration. It needs to have virtual host/host header info for both &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.domain.tld&quot; class=&quot;bb-url&quot;&gt;domain.tld&lt;/a&gt; and domain.tld. But, both seem to be working for me&lt;/p&gt;
