    <description> &lt;p&gt;The reason why it is all messed up is because you have it on a too low level on the Optimize panel.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Go Window &amp;gt; and make sure &quot;Optimize&quot; is checked. Then find the Optimize panel on your screen (usually on the right) and go with something like GIF 128 No Dither.&lt;/p&gt;
