Typo in the banner. You missed the "s" in procrastination. Which was a bit hard to pick up on because the whole thing is hard to read anyway. I'd change that.

Get some roll overs on your navigation. It always looks better when you do that.

Put some padding on your content area. It makes it easier to read when you don't have the text pushed right up against the left edge.

What is that robot banner doing on the left side of the main page? It looks like I should be able to click it for content. But it doesn't do anything at all.

Make it a fluid design. Not everyone uses 1024x768, and not everyone who does has the browser maximized. And even some of those who do have the sidebar open.
