    <description> &lt;p&gt;Thanks for the quick response everyone. I didnt want to get into databases as dealing with them makes my head hurt. But i did assume i was going to need some server side language. content manager may be the type of thing i am looking for. i will look into it. thanks alot again, cath yall on the flip side&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;You might be able to use a blog script for this as well. They usually have all the functionality you need, including multiple users. It just depends on how you want the information displayed in the end.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I take it the people have to register before they can upload?&lt;br /&gt;
If they do then no doubt they are using a database already, then you just use the members id number to sort it all by.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is an editor floating around, similar to the &#039;go advanced&#039; reply on here where as people can add all the bits without knowing any of it, but I&#039;m not sure where you get it from, but you&#039;d still need the database to store the information.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or you could use a CMS (content mangerment system), there are a couple of threads around here on which people perfer, I believe joomla being one of them&lt;/p&gt;
