    <description> &lt;p&gt;There is a margin bug in IE because IE is not a full w3c compliant browser.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;w3c states that an items total width should include items margin values.  IE adds the margin values ON TOP of the items width.  &lt;/p&gt;
