I'm not exactly sure how a PHP script can be called from a html page, but I remember something from a long time ago...like Server Side Includes? Can someone verify this?

On the other hand, were you able to find a CGI/Perl Script? That would probably better suit your needs, unless you want to build your own shell pages for the blogger distribution.

I've found this rating system

But my problem i think is, i do need this rating system on my blog but can i put this rating stystem onto blogger cos the rating system says i have to save the wepage php instead of html and this can't be done on Blogger, should i start my own webpages and host them or there will be rating systems for bloggers.
