The design and site are nice - excellent colors. You might need to find a way to fill those empty spaces a bit more tho.

one last thing - i think your text is a little close together - maybe increase the line spacing in your style sheet?

Generally a nice site - good colours and design. If its a template i wouldn't worry - people that need you to fix their computer probably won't know (or care) anything about webdesign or templates

I don't like your logo - the top half is quite good, but the bottom reflected half is overkill - too much (almost as if to prove you can do a reflection) too busy and no need for it. I'd cut it in half and just keep the top

I'd think about adding some text explaining who you are and what you do. What town/country and more keywords - this will help you get into search engines.

Don't like your meta tags - Although google doesn't use them all, many places do.... Your title and description could well be used to describe your site in a seach engine. Change them to something more relevant - having home and ||| in their is completely wrong!

Good luck!

yeah u could use a text counter, or just a web statistics counter such as awstats at awstats.org which is completely free, no backlinking required.

I personaly think that the template is ok (aslong the user does have broad-band internet). The banner doesnt really fit in - I find it a bit amateurish.
You might want to remove the visible counter below - thats old-school

i agree with what steve said aswell, give it a shot, also i dont think the site would be very user friendly for somone that might be using a dial up 56k, im on a 1 meg dsl, and it take aound 3 seconds for all the images to load up, mabey you might want to consider redesigning your site and like what megan said, you might want to try and be upfront about it, and not make it look like you get alot of demand for your services, but apart from that, i dont think there's anything else you could do to it, but trust me, if you make changes it'll be worth it in the long run.

This is not about the sites layout. But a little tip on content. Set up a page with some simple check & repair tips that the customer may do. You might think this is taking profit away from you, it might amount to a few cents, but it will return dollars.

I was in the service business for years, being a little helpful makes loyal customers, and will return in even more profit. It makes them think you care, and are not just after their money.

The other thing I was thinking is that you should try to present yourself honestly up front. You're a young guy, right? If so, I think you should market yourself as a computer whiz kid rather than an adult professional. People are going to find out eventually so might as well be up front about it rather than misleading people. I think people generally know that kids know a lot about computers and can be trusted to fix theirs - if you present yourself right!

Some testimonials or recommendations would be good too.

This is quite obviously a tempate. I'm not sure that this is teh best way to go for your business. Especially with such a generic looking template. I don't know if regular people would mind but I think it might be better to present yourself as a small local business instead of some generic corporation.

On a more practical level, I'm having a hard time reading some of the text. Like the tagline under the logo - it's too small and hard to make out. There are some blue links on the grey background that are problematic too. On the services page there are two paragraphs with not enough line-height. Lists are not done as proper lists. I can't find a link to the home page. In general the font size is a little on the small size. Remember that you're targetting people who aren't very computer savvy and might be a little older and therefore have vision problems. The white text on grey background isn't very good either. I would get rid of that gradient background there and just do black text on white.

I think you could communicate what you're selling a lot more clearly. On the front page, you have a list of what systems you support but not what you can do for the customer. That supported stuff should really be on a separate page and the front page used to clearly present what you do and invite the visitor to take the next step.
