    <description> &lt;p&gt;Of the few exceptions of non-Canadians if you are the Queen of England, you&#039;re good to go, otherwise, no dot ca for you. There is the possiblitity that if you register and host through a Canadian company (like ehosting.ca) that might be allowed, if they &#039;hold ownership&#039; of it.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;As far as I know, you can&#039;t register a .ca domain if you are not a citizen of canada and do not have a physical presence there.&lt;/p&gt;
