Go to google and search for free scripts , there is a lot and all you need is time, and hey, you can get a free hosting that support php and mysql like coconia.net and the rest of thier network .

I went the other way with my assumption, and assumed since he could host the picture that he could host the script as well.

Alex, are you looking for something where the script has to be hosted by someone else, or can you host the script on your own web server?

Since he is wanting something free, I would bet he on in a free server also. Most do not support PHP, SQL, or anything else these programs need.

Sounds like you're looking for something like Gallery. I've used that one myself. Another option may be Coppermine, though I don't recall it's specific capabilities. It's been awhile since I've tested it.
