    <description> &lt;p&gt;If it would be database driven, then maxwell is right to say it shaves off much of the loading time especially if you have massive content. Db usage also within your descretion, you can make CMS like editing available for your client... &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Looking at the current site, it would be good to have a redesign, good luck with the job.&lt;/p&gt;
