    <description> &lt;p&gt;If you have the original installation disk there is a utility that will allow you to remove the existing key and set it up as a factory install that requests the new key.  This is usually used by Computer stores and/or IT departments when they first put the computer together since they generally use a version like a Corporate disk that they purchase volume licenses for.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The utility is called Sysprep.  More information on it can be found from Microsoft at the following link:&lt;/p&gt;
