Not using website creation software (this includes a text editor). I break out in a sweat when ever I see a webpage that appears to have been created by MS Word.

Just to edit a webpage like that is a nightmare.

I can think of another that is more on the code side than what every one else sees. Frequently code is not documented for future webmasters. I'm guilty of this one and really should go and fix it.

It's called Opera It only turns off embedded sound in web pages, so it's not as if it disables your sound altogether.

I like my sound on, I really would not like it off all the time. You can mute it in windows. Maybe sombody will make a smart browser, that just turns off elevator music.

If you use Opera you can turn that off, just press F12 and uncheck "Enable sound in Web pages"

In defense of photographers websites. Most of us tend to use less image compression than most, because we want our images to look their relative best.

But its not the best idea on your general webpage. One general gripe about many photographic sites, ------ Is the use of terrible loud elevator type background music. IT SUCKS!.

well you need to spell stuff right (witch im to lazzy to do)
you need to not ever use freewebs for anything (never use it never)
and your addwords need to look exactly like your page to get clicked on
and dont use so many effects
