Hi,

Where is your server hosted and what country? It is possible that a range of IP addresses have been 'marked' as SPAM suppliers. This can happen if a hosting company does not pay due attention to who is doing what on there servers. You may not be a spammer but you migt be in that IP range.

You aren't blacklisted or they wouldn't be getting the email at all.

Newsletters themselves are problematic. Couple that with some keywords and it will be interpreted as spam.Really about the only thing that you can do is to get an account at each of those problem providers and do some testing. The problem could also be related to the mail setup and/or the program that you are using to send out email.
