Your best bet is to lease a dedicated or reseller package with a system like Hsphere on it. DIY from home is possible, but really not reccommended.

If you want to do it the manual way you can install Apache, an FTP server (filezilla?) and then read how to configure your HTTPD.conf, oh, and you'd probably need a nameserver to point the domains at your IP, and depending on your ISP, you probably don't have a static IP, which again, for lack of a better term, screws you.

There are ways to do that but, as said above by teammatt3, it isn't recommended. Is there any reason why you would want to?

Just because you can do something doesn't mean that you should. It's a very fine line.

I don't recommend you do that. Normal ISPs don't let people sell hosting on their bandwidth, they would kick you off. There are a lot of security risks too. Are you running Linux, Windows or Mac?
