    <description> &lt;p&gt;Change the fixed width of the header image into %. Then it will change as the resolution changes. Take a look at my home page in my signature link, the large picture on the front page works that way. It looks best at 800x600 and 1024x786 of course, but it will fit into 1600x2400, and dosent look too bad. It could look worse, especially if it were no bigger than a postage stamp.     <description> &lt;p&gt;From what I can see, it&#039;s the header images that is pushing the page out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try getting rid of one or both of the &quot;NY Education Jobs&quot; images and it should help fix the problem.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;if the scrollbar appears at 800x600 with just a little nudge its ok, but a long scroll where almost 1/3 of the page is eaten up then its bad,&lt;/p&gt;
