People using public computers will not have a mail client set up on the computer to properly send the e-mail. (and last time I saw it used, they all opened up a mail client to send the mail, else the visitor wouldn't know they are sedning e-mail.</p> <p>The best method is to use a form, there are many scripts available to do this in ASP and PHP, several that are canned and easy to set up.
