That would be a google adsense ad. There is no control in what type of ad they will display. If you do a refresh, it will probably show a different ad.

but there is a box at the top that reads " Dust Games - The Best Source to Play Free Online Games"
and in that box is a banner for monster jobs ".
this looks odd.

The reduction of that ad makes it so much better! Now you can see some games right when you enter and your focus goes there. Very nice.

Hmmm...very, very bland. The banner is okay, but could be jazzed up a bit. Your visitors will be looking for fun, so try to get your banner to reflect that.

Also, that ad on the home page is huge! On 1024x768 it almost takes up the whole screen, so there's no doubt that it's worse in other resolutions. The color scheme isn't bad, but it seems that EVERY gaming website out there uses red and blue.

I just want to let you know (and I'm sure you already know, so remind you) that there is tons of stiff, stiff competition out there already drawing in tons of visitors daily. You are really going to have to impress them and offer something different, new, and exciting that the others don't.

Good luck with your website. You do have a good start, but it needs work.
