I like the e-spanish one alot. It's nice and simple and i like the rollovers. I can't really find much wrong with it personally.

Thumbs.db is simply the cache of the thumbnails of the pictures in a folder made by Windows. This is harmless but also unnessecary on your webserver.

Nice design.
However I feel that menu should be more visible. And I personally, don't like
