Do a search on google (or elsewhere) for css tool tips (or css tooltips - no gap)

I did a quick one and got heaps of results, a couple are:

Just becareful as some of the javascript/dhtml and even some of the CSS versions don't work on all browsers, and if javascript is disabled to block pop ups etc the dhtml versions wont work.

Where is your site? Also have you checked javascriptkit and dynamicdrive.com? Practically it needs a javascript...
