Hi Tim,

Thank you for taking the time to try and help me. I really appreciate your effort. I have come across a content management system called Joomla, and it has a module you can download from their exchange which incorporates a directory into the system. Been playing around with it for a few hours and it looks like it will do most of what i want, and what it doesent do, i can do myself so thats excellent.

Once the site is done, i will pop a post on this thread so you can have a quick look at the result.

I did a very, very quick search, and was unable to pull up anything that did exactly what you wanted. That's a fairly simple project, though, and might be something you can do, if you're willing to learn a little PHP and mySQL.

I was a little confused at first but once you click "I agree" on that page you can get into the full directory.
