&lt;p&gt;You could probably try some fancy javascript (fancy because SE read javascript) and try mask the content.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Me personaly wouldn&#039;t worry about it. If I&#039;m searching for say &#039;poker tips&#039; I always look at the description (and domain name) of the site. The description is usually from your meta tags you&#039;ve set so would see if it&#039;s related or not&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I&#039;m sorry, I misunderstood. In that case, just put a rel=&quot;nofollow&quot; attribute on all but one of the links. That way, the SEs will only follow one link and not all 13.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Michael, that site seems to be down. But I looked up robots.txt on yahoo and learned that it allows for the exclusion of entire pages, not sections of a page. Thanks anyways.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Busy, I thought of a frame too, but it&#039;s not suitable for my page.&lt;/p&gt;
