    <description> &lt;p&gt;It&#039;s not the protocol but the filename extension that does this, check the end of the URL you just gave: &quot;.fp7&quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To get Frontpage (but really you shouldn&#039;t use such diabolical software) to associate itself with .html or .htm files you&#039;ll need to either edit your filename associations or change some setting in Frontpage that will make it associate them for you.&lt;/p&gt;
